Observation

Licensor observed electrical cords or power strips that were loose or accessible and could cord long enough to form a loop within child access in classrooms & or diaper changing room. Licensor did not observe shatter free bulbs in bathroom and limited lighting in school age classroom. Licensor observed phone jack outlets that need to be replaced with blank or tamper resistant plate covers. Licensor observed plastic bags accessible in childcare space around mats, water bottles and other areas acessible to children. Licensor observed table that had sharp edges and screw hanging out edge. Licensor observed screws as play item in toddler room. Licensor observed toy/s made of foam or not clean that can pose chocking hazard in infant / toddler room. Licensor observed exit door hallway having items in pathway that obstructed a clear access, and could pose trip hazard if used for emergency access.
